Third Settler

The player who always shows up.

Some of the best board games quietly need three or four players. Third Settler runs the missing one β€” so you and your kid can play tonight, with just the two of you.

The wall every two-player home hits

It's a Tuesday. It's just you and your kid. The box says 3–4 players. So the game goes back on the shelf.

You don't need a new game. You need a third player who always shows up.

How it works

A quiet game master in the corner

You keep playing on the real board you already own. The app just handles the parts that needed a third pair of hands.

πŸ—ΊοΈ

We draw the map

The app generates a balanced board and tells you how to lay your tiles β€” so it knows the whole layout without ever needing to "see" your table.

🎲

We roll the dice

Every turn starts with a tap. The app stays in rhythm with your game β€” no stopping to type in what just happened.

πŸ‘»

We play the Ghost

On the Ghost's turn, the app tells you exactly what it does, in plain English. You just move the piece.

❀️

You just play

No accounts. Barely any tapping. Your eyes stay on your kid and the board β€” not on a screen.

Meet the Ghost

Not a mastermind. A friendly pain in the neck.

The Ghost isn't a criminal genius β€” and that's the point. The Ghost is a friendly pain in the neck who always shows up: a third player who blocks the good spots, takes its turns, and never argues about whose go it is. Predictable, fair, and just annoying enough to make the game a real game again.

A taste of game night

The app owns the dice

It's one of the four things that make the Ghost work. Here's that piece β€” real and working, right now. Give it a roll.

Tap the button β€” see what the table gets.

Like that? The full game companion is ready β€” start a game β†’

Why this exists

Built by a dad and his son

A dad and his almost-eight-year-old wanted to play their favorite hex-and-resource board game. They couldn't β€” it needs three or four players, and mom wasn't always around. The game sat on the shelf for months.

So they built the third player themselves. If Third Settler gives one other single parent a better game night, with no one missing from the table β€” it did its job.
